We offer direct billing to health insurance as a convenience service to our patients, which may be accepted by your insurer for eligible services.

We do NOT offer direct billing to Medavie Blue Cross or Veterans Affairs, nor do we work with ICBC.
We are not responsible for insurance coverage decisions, including whether treatment is covered, claim approval, or reimbursement amounts. All coverage and details are confidential between the insurance company and the insured. For questions about your coverage, please contact your insurance provider directly. Our office does not control insurance decisions, and we ask that all discussions regarding coverage remain respectful toward our staff. Our clinic coordinator may be working remotely. We kindly request a credit card on file in the Jane booking app for all services, and insurance information if you would like us to direct bill.
