Our Services

Massage Therapy
Our Registered Massage Therapists provide personalized treatments to alleviate tension, reduce pain and promote holistic wellness.

Acupuncture
Our Registered Acupuncturist provides treatments to alleviate TMJ dysfuction and jaw tension, neck and shoulder pain, low back and hip concerns, headaches, prenatal health, stress-related tension, and post-surgical scar tissue.

Wellness Massage
Our Bodyworkers are Massage Therapy program students enrolled in, or a recent graduates of  an accredited Massage Therapist diploma program.

Red Light Therapy
Enhance your health optimization with our state-of-the-art red light therapy, which has been shown to enhance cellular function and stimulate the body's natural healing processes. This non-invasive treatment is designed to rejuvenate the skin and support the body's natural healing processes. 

Cosmetic Services
Facials to improve skin appearance and reduce symptoms of common skin inflammatory ailments. Lash service is a lift and tint for eyelashes.

Please note that we require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment a without a fee. Our therapists reserve time in their schedule just for you, and a late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner's day that could have been filled by another patient.

This leaves other patients without care, and the therapist without income. Providing as much notice as possible enables us to help as many patients as we can! Please also note that we cannot bill fees for missed appointments to your insurance provider.

We are happy to provide reminder emails and text messages to help you remember your upcoming visits. These can be adjusted in your online booking profile, or feel free to reach out and we would be happy to assist you.
